ROAD RACES

Road races are generally the longest type of racing. They require good endurance and involve both team and individual competition. They range from one-day road races to multi-stage events, which are less common in the amateur calendar.

WEST HEAD

This is the only monthly road race in Sydney. It is held on the second Sunday of the month and entry is via the Manly Warringah website the week before. It offers a challenging course that will test all riders on some great riding surfaces. Each lap is 21km of rolling terrain with short punchy hills that sap your energy. A tough course and a good place to try road racing.
