About the Event
Develop Your Cycling Skills and Confidence
Wednesdays and Fridays from 31st Oct to 10th Dec, 6:00 am to 7:00 am
This 12-session cycling development series is designed to help riders improve fitness, handling, and tactical awareness in a structured and supportive environment. Each session combines targeted training with practical drills, covering everything from sprinting and climbing to bunch riding and race simulations.
In addition to the on-bike sessions and two evening workshops:
Basic Bike Maintenance - Roadside Repairs & Chain Care – teaching basic maintenance and roadside repairs.
Fuel Your Ride - Nutrition for Cyclists – covering how to fuel effectively for training and recovery.
