Whether you’re new to cycling or have been clocking up the kilometres for years, nutrition can make a huge difference to your performance, recovery, and overall health. Join Accredited Practising Dietitian Jess Burvill for an engaging one-hour session where she’ll share practical strategies to fuel your training rides, longer days in the saddle, crit races, gran fondos, and strength sessions in the gym. You’ll learn how your body uses carbs, protein and fat for energy, what to eat and drink before, during and after rides and whether supplements are really necessary. We’ll also dive into some hot topics like fasted training and open the floor to Q&A at the end. You'll walk away with plenty of practical tips you an start implementing straight away.
