Session 8: Progressive Hill Climbs

Wed 26th Nov 6:00 am to 7:00 am - Meet at the Spruce Goose

This session targets climbing strength and finishing power through four 5-minute hill efforts. Each climb begins with 4 minutes at Zone 4, followed by a final 1-minute push at Zone 5. Physiologically, this structure trains the body to sustain a strong pace and then push harder while fatigued, improving lactate tolerance. The key benefit is developing the ability to finish climbs strongly or respond to fast finishes with confidence and control.
