Session 4: VO₂ Max Hill Repeats
Wed 12th Nov 6:00 am to 7:00 am - Meet at the Spruce Goose
This high-intensity session targets aerobic capacity through six 3-minute efforts at Zone 5, each followed by 3 minutes of recovery. These VO₂ max intervals are designed to expand your aerobic “engine,” enabling you to sustain higher speeds and recover more quickly between efforts. The key benefit is improved climbing power and the ability to respond effectively to hard surges during bunch rides.
